ANY QUESTIONS?

DO I NEED TO SWIM?

You don't have to be able to swim to take part in the Dorset Mud Run!

Parts of the run go through a lake (with a guide rope across) and river but there are alternative routes to avoid these - just ask the marshals and follow the signs.

Every deep water obstacle will be manned by a lifesaver.
